These terms and conditions of sale apply to any goods supplied by The Wooden Toys Store Ltd, whose registered company address is at Errwood House, 212 Moss Lane, Stockport, SK7 1BD; company registration number 7722785. Any reference to “WoodenToysCompany” can be taken as references to The Wooden Toys Store Ltd.

Only after we have accepted your order is there a contract of sale. Customers will be notified via email from sales@woodentoyscompany.co.uk when an order has been accepted; this is not to be confused with a Sage Pay email payment receipt. Orders will only be processed when payment has been received in full by WoodenToysCompany. Ownership of the items will not pass to the customer until the goods and related charges are paid for in full.

WoodenToysCompany have the right to change the terms and conditions of sale without any prior warning in relation to future orders.

WoodenToysCompany will make every effort to ensure that all prices, descriptions and images of products on its website are correct. If, after an order has been accepted, and within 10 working days of acceptance, we discover an error has been made on the price or description on the website we reserve the right to terminate the contract of sale and any money received for the item will be refunded within 7 working days.
